Yes you have to love the background scenery shooting in Alberta. The Calgary club is beyond exceptional!!
Our background at our home club isn't quite so spectacular and with the flooding of the bush in front of the traps thanks to beavers we are losing our nice green background to flooded dying timber but it's still not bad. The highway in the background divides Saskatchewan and Alberta. The club is located on the SK side of the highway. We've got a good bunch of volunteers for a small club of under 30 members and are slowly but surely getting the club whipped back into shape thanks to the volunteers and a few generous donations. We have 3 operational trap fields with Pat Traps and three which could be operational if we were to put machines in them but we are thinking of removing them since they haven't been used in about 12 years and we have one skeet field with 1950's vintage Western skeet machines. Fortunately we have a few extra for parts to keep them serviced but at some point I am sure we will need to replace them in the not so distant future, they are getting tired.
