Cardinal Classic target requirements

    The programs out on RH Stuart right now if you want to download it. But looking through it all I can find is that shooters will be placed into Class B if they do not have an established average for Singles or Doubles. Nothing about target requirements that I can find.

    Don't believe there any for the Cardinal . Just the State shoot
