I have for years shot a Beretta Super Trap for pheasants. I replaced the wood with synthetic and then built up with bondo a monte carlo trap style butt-stock. I like a high shooting trap gun, and this has worked out well for me. I shoot do damn quickly, that this is not always a good thing pheasant hunting, and am getting old too (70). Hunting last week with the gang, one guy had a new Browning Silver 12. Nice looking gun and not as heavy as my gun, so this past week I ordered in a new Silver in 20 ga. My plan is/was to order in another butt-stock and add wood to duplicate the POI on my Beretta and other bird guns.
