BOD Silliness - not raising the minimum but maximum target speeds

    I heard the BOD barely raised the maximum target speed of targets. But note this. They did not raise the minimum speed! Point and average chasers will go to the clubs with the slower targets.

    Did I say silly. You know I meant stupid!!
