Hi Bob - Those that have REAL interest in the gun have the right to know where the seller lives. If a deal is made then a seller and buyer can exchange shipping info to determine actual shipping costs. As far a FFL rules, there are no FFL rules preventing shipping a shotgun other that it has to be shipped to lic'd FFL holder. Long guns can be shipped by the USPS - no handguns. UPS and FEDEX won't accept firearms from a non FFL holder. I hope that explains to "some " people the FFL laws.
