ATA December Minutes?

When do the minutes come out for the executive meeting held in December?

 

I have been told that the minutes of the last meetings are not made public UNTIL they are approved (and corrections edited) at the NEXT meeting.

Now this brings up MY question.

How did the full name of the PULL LLC (missing details) fall through the cracks and get approved ?

I know for a fact that it (The missing 2012) was brought to the attention of HIGH UPS, and never have been corrected.

I guess not much reading goes into the previous minutes before the EC just rubber stamp the previous meeting minutes as Accepted.
