Do I need a jig to fit the locking block or just time and fit to install?

Mark, You can use a fixture from a BT-100. If you want I can supply you with a longer adjusting screw and clamp, and it will work. I will charge you for the fixture and if you want to return it I will return, $50.00 of the fixture cost.
The next time I run fixtures I will make a few just for that block. Roger C.
A fixture is not absolutely necessary. If you are good with your hands and take your time it can be done. Many gunsmiths do not use a fixture, but it makes the job easier and better.

Hi Roger,
Gave up on the Perazzi, now have a KS5 Special. The lever is to the right, but someday the block will be replaced.
