Anyone use AAA. Do they help you in case of a breakdown in a reasonable amount of time? Thanks...Bill
Been a member for 55 years. Not use much but has been outstanding for the few times i have used them. One time on a lock out at a mountain gun club on Easter sunday with the closest aid 75 miles away. Was opened up in 2 hours and on my way with no charge. Also carry all my insurance on homes and cars with them. And yes, i did extensive price checking. Think you not go wrong. I am in Colorado.
I was out in the middle of nowhere in Nevada and blew a tire. Called AAA In about 15 min. a truck stopped in back of me and ask if I needed help. I told him AAA was on their way, He said sir I am the AAA. I have used them about 5 or 6 times, and am very satisfied with their service. Roger C.
Never had use mine but we have purchased a membership for our college age Grandson for the last 4 years. The "used" POS BMW328i he had for a couple of years needed them at least 3 time when he was out on the road. Sure saved me the time and trouble of going to meet him someplace and then calling a tilt bed to come get it. Well worth the membership. IMO
Another +1 for AAA. I consider it a must have for my wife and are daughter, but our son and I also are AAA members.
Peace of mind for my wife and I. Have used infrequently over 20 plus years but when needed they are there in a reasonable time.
Been a member for many years. Have used them many times. Always professional and solves my immediate problem. I would not go without them. And gives me peace of mind if my wife has a problem. Can be extremely beneficial when you are quite a ways from "help."
Is it true you can sign up for AAA on the internet? Give them your credit card # they give you a AAA acount number? I have several people tell me they just carry AAA's number for their smart phones? If they need it they will just call in and sign up??
Got it for my daughter in FL. Her battery took a crap so she called AAA. A nice young man showed up, analized the system and told she needed a new battery to replace the original of five years. He had a nice selection on his service truck and the price was much less than Autozone, Advance, or O'Riellys. Walmart was cheaper but god only knows how long of wait there would be plus she would have to get the car there. I like AAA!
