3 degrees for tomorrow's shoot. That of course is without the wind chill added in. I am not sure I have shells that go boom in that temperature.
When I first started shooting that wouldn't matter one bit. Now? I think it would be one of those days I helped in the office or the kitchen. I know the shells would work fine. Not so sure about the operator. Flyersarebest
Thermometer shows -12 --7:30 AM North-West Pa. The crowd will probably be just a little late this AM at the club but they will be there.
Dawg....get with the times. Leave a note on the door and have the shooters tell you their scores next week. We are a paperless organization.
I use to shoot all winter long now It is a long winter without shooting. I just don't care to get cold that much and yes I am thinking about going to Arizona for the winter starting next year. I just may go close to WPT so I could go shooting with him.
We shot yesterday at +19°F, and a few weeks ago at +11°F. But today I think it is officially too cold to shoot! I don't think I've ever felt that way before. I guess I'm getting old. -Gary
We got a note from the president of our old club in upstate NY telling the shooters that the fields will not be open due to the fact they didn't want to put undue stress on the machines during this -4 degree weather.
