I have an xt and wanna put an adjustable lop and recoil reduction setup on it I was wondering which one do you would be better?
The bump buster looks to be a more robust unit. Make sure you look at the overall weight each adds as they will change the balance of the gun. Some shooters don't notice this with a pre-mounted gun but some do.
Hi Browningboy85 I wondered the same thing. I have an XT. I opted for the Precision Fit Stock for the following reasons. You can put the same stock on most other guns. No butchering of the xt stock. Your gun will be worth more when you sell it. Your original stock wont be getting banged up. The PFS has far more adjustments. No rubbing against your cheek. The PFS is easy to sell down the road. I know that is not what you asked but it is the same question I pondered.
I have a RAD unit on my K80 now. It is softer shooting than the Gracoil on my fathers Guerini. I've not shot anything with the Bumpbuster on it to compare. The RAD unit has been very good and is very lightweight.
I also pondered the Precision Fit and the Stock Lock. After shooting the RAD for about 2 years, I am moving to the Stock Lock. The reason is all about the eyes. If you've shot a Stock Lock, you know what I'm talking about.
"...The reason is all about the eyes. If you've shot a Stock Lock, you know what I'm talking about." I assume you mean for shooting doubles? -Gary
