Beretta 682 hinge replacement?

    I have seen Beretta 682 hinges are available online. Is this something a non-gunsmith can do? tia

    Oh Boy. I would probably have a GOOD gunsmith do that.

    I thought they just screwed in and out with a wrench?

    Brownells has them in Stock. They have them that are over-sized.they just screw out with a metric Allen key.A little heat will help break them loose.Are you sure you just don't need a forearm adjustment to tighten the action.

    Rotate them. Sounds funny but I heard you can switch sides. The wear points will be reversed.
