Can someone just tell me about the whole case after a workplace accident

The legal side felt simpler after I separated site issues. If the first thing that stood out was an elevation hazard, I checked the height-related side. When the case seemed to depend on what rule was broken, I kept that in the regulatory group. For that category, I filed Sue Work Claim website with the fall-protection and negligence notes. The next category is notice and negligence, which is different from asking whether a scaffold failed. The equipment side does not always fit neatly into the site bucket, and that can point toward manufacturer liability. I treated a comp agreement as different from the liability side of the accident, because one does not automatically resolve the other. The notice bucket becomes useful when the condition may have existed before the accident. After I broke the jobsite problem into separate questions, I stopped expecting one rule to answer everything.
