A new kind of shotgun target

In Ukraine, lots of people are carrying auto-loader shotguns ; just in case they are targeted by enemy drones.

There they don't say pull--they say"duck" & its a different kind of "duck"

 

With all the drone activities in the foreign wars lately, I curiously ask AI the best ways to defeat them.
The shotgun was a last resort at close range according to Google's AI.

Calling duck instead of pull is dark humor, but it fits. It’s a whole different kind of clay when the thing is trying to kill you.

 

Yeah, I’ve seen the shift firsthand out there. Used to be you grabbed a rifle for the usual threats, but once those little FPV drones started buzzing in low and fast, everybody who could get their hands on a semi-auto 12-gauge started keeping one close, farmers, drivers, even folks just walking the streets. The spread of the shot gives you a real chance when something that small and quick is diving on you.
