The toes are off - so now what? Is this a PA or Ohio issue or both or does anyone care?

    So I hear this toeless guy may be from PA. Was there a complaint filed with the OSTA, ATA, or PSSA?

    There was a shooter in MD that had a gun that was malfunctioning on the line. And previously. In that case the complainer got suspended. Maybe that is why there are no complaints filed?

    Just wondering?

    You asked in the first part if a complaint was filed. Then you asked if the reason no complaint was filed because of a similar circumstance in MD. Maybe you answered your own question?
