The Postman Is Now Armed

    The Postman is now armed, but just when he is delivering your handgun!

    Saw this in the USA Today this morning and wanted to share.

    Do you think this may alter the stance of UPS and FedEx if it happens?

    The postal service can't handle the rules in there BIBLE (black book of rules) regarding mailing of long guns.......how would we expect them to now ship handguns??????? The postal bible allows the shipping of longguns (BUT) turn people away. Maybe not all offices, but the MAJORITY of them will not SHIP!!!!!! Most employes don't know the rules or EVEN CARE ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    They made a good move. When the other 2 decided to listen to their legal departments and go with CYA, USPS saw a chance to make some money.
    I love it. The UPS “hub” was 45 minutes away, on a good day with no traffic, and FedX was 35. My post office is 3 minutes.
    I sold and shipped over 100 long guns with USPS with zero problems.
