Anyone know the screw size and thread? Nearest I can tell it's a 6.5mm and about 1/2" long? Thank you Screenshot_20250326_165946_Chrome.jpg 20250326_165352.jpg 20250326_165309.jpg

Remove the set screw.Take it to your Ace Hardware store. They have a thread gauge and try screwing it into the metal nuts until you find the correct size. Then read the correct size of your set screw.

Length is usually around 8mm to 10mm, but this can vary slightly depending on the model.

When removing the screws, screw them into the hole. If you back them out through the wood you can damage the hole/comb...

OK, I knew from the second post this was going down the rabbit hole. I don't know why anyone would think you had a set screw after your first post.

Double Trouble, since it is factory Perazzi work it is, more than a little likely, that the threads are metric. Your guess at 6.5 is probably close.
The suggestion of going to a hardware store is perfect. If you know the store owner and he's cool with it, take the stock off the receiver and take it in with you.

If you are worried about some "karen" seeing a gun stock and peeing her panties, just buy two screws in that 6.5 size and two a size smaller and two a size bigger. Make sure to pick up an Allen wrench to fit the socket.

why not take the 4 screws out that holds the metal in the stock and take it to the hardware store. Then put screws all the way in and then put back in stock.
