Do kids have the discipline to shoot? PICTURES

Often I enjoy telling liberals I have a part-time job photographing youths shooting guns. Millions of rounds in a weekend I tell them. They cringe and hold their breath.

I take pictures of the old farts too. No one seems to care. The pictures of families sitting in the grass watching a brother and sister shoot are favorites.

I take thousands of pictures. Not all make the cut. But this year one pic in particular made me think I should point out a few.

I watched the youngster below prepare to start his Spoting Clays event. It reminded me of a White Glove Firearm Inspection.



There was Karly. She beat everyone in the SCTP Last Person Standing at the National Championship held at the CC.



Notice the comradery with a more senior member of an SCTP team gives a teammate pointers.



And youthful enthusiasm at the SCTP Championships at the CC.
