Wal-mart's dropping ARs, other semi-auto rifles

    n">Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT.N), the United States' top seller of guns and ammunition, said on Wednesday it would stop selling the AR-15 and other semi-automatic rifles because of sluggish demand and focus instead on "hunting and sportsman firearms."


    Guess they forgot that the AR15 is not only a hunting firearm but a sportsman firearm. Also if it wasn't political they wouldn't have made all of the statements that they have over this.

    Went to central Fl. Walmart today, no ARs, but they did have some wood stocked (re. PC) semi autos. chris.

    Could be they cant get ammo for them.
