I was telling my Grandson about the "good old days" when I was his age and how you could actually go to an amusement park and shoot real .22 rifles. We used to go to Kennywood park here in Pittsburgh for our school picnic day and I wouldn't even ride that many rides. If anyone wanted to find me all they had to do was go to the shooting gallery. I spent every cent my parents gave me paying for another tube of .22's. That was before the one day pass stuff and you had to have tickets to ride. I would sell my tickets to the other kids to get more money for ammo. I shot so many rounds that once in a while the guy would just load up a couple of times and tell me go ahead, no charge. I wanted to show my Grandson some pics of the old galleries if anyone has any. Thanks

Remember "Shoot out the "B". Damn near impossible. It took like four perfect shots to accomplish, with open sights.
The City of Chicago is the latest, greatest shooting gallery, open 24/7 for your shooting enjoyment ... The Mayor wants to make it a safe place for Illegals which will increase the galleries business and take it to new levels ... WPT ... (YAC) ...
I know I'm a few years late on this. I don't have any old pictures; however, my grandfather had a knack for getting hard to find things. Before I was born he was able to get a rifle from an auction here in western PA. When I got older he gave it to me and told me it was from Kennywood. There is no serial number on it and I haven't been able to track down brand to confirm (Brand is Revelation). It's tube fed, just like you discribed. Would like to get some input on if this is the rifle you remember.
Times has changed drastically. I just hope we are able to give th coming generation a better life...recent occurrence makes it seem like a long shot.
