    Gunmaker Remington offers Sandy Hook victims' families $33 million in lawsuit settlement

    The title says it all.

    So, if if someone is injured or killed by a drunk driver they can sue the car maker? Don't think so.

    These "lawsuits" brought against Remington were for the sole purpose of trying to bankrupt them, they filed twice, AND set a precedent so other "victims" could do the same with any firearm manufacturer.

    Their lawyers should have hung tough.

    Guys you are correct, Its a very terrible settlement... They are gonna get sued more for sure.
