Hey BIG PAPA Team Shoot in Michigan?

Is the team shoot on or off?

 

I'm wondering too is the Team shoot on or off?

 

Spring team June 27&28 only events 7-10 will be shot

 

I believe that is during the Ohio State shoot. With fewer available weekends I think clubs will be forced to schedule against each other if they hope to get some shoots completed.

 

Have any of you info on the High School Team Shoot in Michigan this year? I also wonder about the SCTP shoot at the Cardinal. When you have collage like Michigan saying that without regular classes Michigan won't have football (although after the ass kicking Ohio State has been handing them for the last many years it might not be missed) this fall it makes me wonder which state has the worst governor, Illinois or Michigan. Our Ohio gov ain't much of a winner either.

 

As a Michigan fan, Michigan has won the MAC since 1903. Also the last time they beat Ohio State sadly.

 

I was told there is a SCTP regional shoot at the Cardinal the weekend before the Ohio State shoot starts. If that’s true I’m thinking the SCTP Nationals should be able to go on their regular schedule. Let’s hope!

 

Brad, this shoot has been canceled.

 

There was a one day shoot scheduled at Mason for Saturday May 30th. The MTA Board cancelled that shoot today after being notified by the local sheriff that all attendees would be cited for violating the Michigan Queen’s “10 person limit” rule. Unless their Queen relaxes some of her edicts soon, we won’t be able to shoot at Mason this year.

 

Thanks Iowa guy. I figured high schools couldn't risk it. Too bad. Looks like freedom has gone the way of the three hole target in Michigan. It'd be nice to see some of these state shooting organizations stand up to their dictators. Of course if you are in Minnesota you could always go looting this weekend instead of trap shooting.
