A bill will be introduced tomorrow to stop Ohio Governor Dewine immediately.

Nothing out there about stopping Dewine. The news is reporting a bill limiting Amy Acton. Dewine has already stated he'll veto it.

That is how the system works. His veto can be overridden!

Ohio Senate rejects proposal that would have limited Dr. Acton’s authority

"CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - The Ohio Senate voted unanimously on Wednesday to reject a bill that would limit the executive power granted to Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton."

The proposal reached the Ohio Senate after state representatives agreed on an amendment to the legislation that, if passed, would have limited any order issued by Dr. Acton to last no more than 14 days and would subject it to legislative review.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine previously stated that he would veto the measure if it ever reached his desk because it would be “chaos” if passed into law.

Supposedly many of the Senators that voted no did not want to give Acton and Dewine the two weeks time and voted against the bill hoping for a better one.

In the meantime Dewine and Acton lost a lawsuit that may have ended the lockdown. The judge ruled in favor of the gyms saying the lockdown was arbitrary, unreasonable, and oppressive.
