BT99 Plus Light Strikes

    I'm getting about 6 light strikes with my older BT99 Plus that are not firing. Think I need a new firing pin or what? Who is the closest qualified gun smith around central Illinois to take it to?

    just curious, what brand ammo are you using.. also, are you saying 6 lt strikes in a row ... in 25 rds, 50 rds ... etc..

    Try this. Take the stock off and spray some RemOil in there. Things get very dry in there and a good lubing can make a big difference.

    My nephew replaced the hammer and springs and it works great now.
