Thoughts on having a pro class with seperate options at bigger shoots?

just a thought. AAA shooters have to shoot in this and AA shooters that want to play for more money can buy in. This would leave A-D class with there own option payouts.

 

Class options vs open options seems to address this. Class options are defined as each class shoots for their own money. Your thought seems to suggest open option players on the bottom of the food chain will still be sending money towards the top. It would just stop short of going all the way to the Pro Class.

 

If you play options @ any really big shoot, save your money or make out the check payable to Harlan--remember if all your income is derived from shooting trap, teaching trap and $'s from sponsors--you're way above the average AA shooter & as previously if you're not AA--save your $$$

 

"Rumors" (as in anonymous sources) say that pre-squading for the forthcoming Big Shoot - U. S. Open in Sparta - is up over 35%. Who has the "straight scoop"? Just asking.... Ed

Just a completely wild guess - wink, wink - that the pre-squad numbers for this year are probably 35% over the number pre-squaded for last year's U.S. Open tournament at Sparta. Rumor is that 650 pre-squaded last year for the U.S. Open....with 950 pre-squaded so far this year.....but, again, this is rumor or wild guess. As close as Sparta events are watched, hopefully someone on this forum might know... Just asking.... Regards, Ed
