Can the Membership?

Can the ATA membership hold a meeting and EXPUNGE the EC, BOD, Treasurer, from office, and hold a SPECIAL/EMERCENCY ELECTION
Change all the Locks and freeze the ATA, ASSETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would only Life members be able to do this, or all membership together?

I would think the ERC all ready made sure that some thing like this could not take place. When they have the power make rule to keep power. Just like congress.

 

Ken....I have to disagree. The members could at any time go to a selected venue, vote on new leaders, and put new initials in front of the old initials. They only need a room full of computers and a few operators. New org...same shooters. If corrupt get to the top again then repeat, rinse, and call the AG of that state. The shooters dont need any orgs. The org relies on the shooter.

The leaders of the ATA or any other group have only the power you give them.

 

One would have to look at the By-laws to see if it is allowed. If not then there is nothing you can do about it outside of voting in those who see things as you do.
