Let's ask the question. Costs not being considered, What brand ammo would you choose to win the big event?

I chose Remington 1st, but Winchester would be 2nd choice.

 

Definitely Winchester first. Then Federal.

 

Remington or Federal, both are functionally identical at this point, pick whether you like red or green.

 

I like the sts and nitrous. Was a winchester guy up until the krieghoff masters, 2 yrs in a row, I can't pick lottery numbers but this happened, I bought a flat of waa's in 12ga first rd went fine, 2nd rd. 3x no fire, primer strikes were solid. 3rd rd again no issues. 4th rd. 5x no fire. The following yr which I bought my 12ga ammo from a different source. First rd. I had a miss fire, I withdrew. I emailed winchester, they got back to me promptly. I wanted to ship them the remaining flat, 9 boxes, they only wanted the 1 rd. I told her to have a nice day and ended the email. I have not purchased a new 12ga winchester load for probably 2 yrs . Oh, and the rest of that 2nd flat. Countless misfires, thank you winchester.

 

Tough to beat Winchester Super sport 12/20/28ga/.410 for sporting clays.
The 1250 sts and nitro 27s for trap (just recreational trap shooter)
Winchester 1oz Black Diamonds great shell also for sporting(12ga) and FITASC
Remington STS 1145s and STS 20ga for skeet.
Wish the Winchester AA and Remington STS were as diverse and plentiful as they used to be. hard for me to pick one but unfortunately Winchesters are more available than the others. Not that that is terrible. But I like choices. I dropped a cot for Winchester.

Whatever brand Olympic trapshooters use, if I knew what they used in competition--George Pigweed uses Gamebore
