Those are the last 3 digits of the serial # of the gun they were fitted to. What were these fitted to?

 

Please tell me how you can tell me what generation Kolar this by looking at the tubes ? It's also interesting that you can determine by the last 3 serial numbers
what gun these tubes were fitted to because these three numbers are the only three numbers on the receiver, please explain.

I can tell because I have sets of Gen 1, 2,and 3. It's easy to tell the difference just from looking at them. When Kolar(and Briley) build a set of tubes for a specific gun they engrave the last 3 digits of the gun's serial # on the tubes. It would help potential buyers to know what these were made for, otherwise it's just a crap shoot. Also Kolar elongates the forcing cones of every barrel they make tubes for to accommodate the longer chambers they use, therefore any barrel that someone wants to fit these to be more than likely have to have the forcing cones lengthened. Been there done that several times.
