I've got an Ithaca case that came with a TM1. It holds 3 barrels 34" long. PM if you would like some pictures.

 

I have one but the foam is deteriorating. Overall a beautiful case. No barrel in lid, all on bottom. Black outside marked Perazzi and blue interior fabric.
